A KnowledgeNet.ai license gives each user 2,000 credits per month to use unlocking new contacts, revealing mobile or direct-dial phone numbers, and generating personality profiles. Each user can unlock 500 contacts, 100 mobile/direct-dial numbers, or 20 personality profiles.

If you need more prospecting power, KnowledgeNet.ai Admins can purchase blocks of add-on credits. Blocks are sold in increments of 10,000 credits for $500.
Add-on credits are stored at the organization level. This means that they are not restricted to any one user, but can be used by any licensed user on a KnowledgeNet.ai team.
NOTE: You must have Admin privileges in your KnowledgeNet.ai org in order to purchase additional credits.
To purchase additional credit blocks:
Open the Admin settings menu by going directly to https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/home or open it from the menu bar in the top right corner of the KnowledgeNet.ai home page.
Open the "Billing & Licenses" tab. Then click the "Purchase Licenses" button.
Click the tab to open the "One Time" menu.
Click the "Pay" button.
You will be directed to a payment window hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Fill out your credit card number, expiration date, security code, name on card, and billing address. Then click the "Pay" button.
Look for the green checkmark to signal that your payment has been processed.
You will be returned to your KnowledgeNet.ai Admin dashboard/Billing & Licenses.
Your new Organization Credits battery will appear.
