When you begin a new post or comment, the text box automatically opens in the center of your screen.

If you would like to reposition it so, for example, you can re-read something on the timeline, move the cursor to the top of the box until you see it change from a single to a double arrow.

Then, you'll be able to grab the box and move it further to the side or down the screen.
