Using the KnowledgeNet search field is all about efficiency. Searching for a term is often the fastest way to find a message, account, contact, deal, file, or room. If members of your organization have connected email addresses to KnowledgeNet, you will also see search results from emails across your organization.

Search results are organized by category, giving you a comprehensive overview that's easy to navigate.

In the example above, you can see that a search for the term "Salesforce" returned 50 messages, 5 accounts, 10 contacts, 1 deal, 10 files, and 1 room containing the word or attributed to that account (for example, a contact that is an Salesforce employee). It also retrieved 15 emails where "salesforce" appears as a key word in either the subject line or the body of the message.

Please note that search terms are not case sensitive.

The purple line indicates which tab you are currently viewing (in this screenshot, "Messages"). Click on a different tab to see the results for that category.
