KnowledgeNet Customer Support is powered by Intercom, which is built into the KnowledgeNet app. You access Intercom by clicking the green circle in the lower right-hand corner of any screen.
There are three ways to get answers for your KnowledgeNet questions using the INTERCOM green button:
Send our support team a message.
Search the help article library.
Browse the help article library "How-To" section.
Send our support team a message.
To start a chat with the customer support, click the button labeled “Send us a message.” Your cursor will automatically be placed where it needs to be. Type you question, for example, "Can I change my email notifications?" and hit enter.
Messages are responded to within a few hours. Responses appear in the Intercom chat box. A copy is also sent to your account email address. You can reopen the chat from this email.
Add replies to your chat for as long as you need until your question or issue is resolved. Intercom displays ongoing conversations at the top of the help dialogue box. To add to an open conversation, click the right arrow next to its preview.
To see all previous conversations, click where it says, “See all your conversations.”
Search the help article library
Click in the field labeled, “Search articles” and start typing. Your cursor will automatically be in the correct place to begin.
Select the article that matches your needs. Remember to let KnowledgeNet know if an article was helpful or not by using the reaction button at the bottom of the page. This feedback helps KnowledgeNet continually improve our instructions.
Browse the help article library "How-To" section.
Click in the “Search articles” field, then select “How to Guides” under Browse Collections. This shows you all the articles currently available. The search bar stays up if you decide you’d like to narrow your options with a more specific search term.
When you are finished with Intercom help, click the down arrow to minimize the dialogue box.
