An organization's main navigation menu is found on the left-hand side of the KnowledgeNet.ai dashboard (image on the left). A sample navigation link is circled.
Here's how to add new links to your organization's main navigation menu:
Open the Admin Settings menu by clicking the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen near the search bar.
2. Click the button labeled "Create New Link."
3. Delete the placeholder "New Child Link" text and give the link your preferred name. Remember to click "Save."
4. Congratulations! Your new navigation link is visible in your settings and in your main navigation menu.
5. A note on the private folder option:
If you decide to designate a folder as "private," this means that this folder and all of its future contents will be invisible to anyone in your organization that isn't invited to have access.
