One of the benefits of connecting your email address to KnowledgeNet is the ability to surface the latest intelligence on emails and files exchanged with and people connected to accounts and contacts. These are all listed under the "My Interactions" tab on an account or contact page.

To view "My Interactions":

  1. Start by finding your desired account/contact, either from your organization's Accounts or Contacts pages or by using the search bar in the upper right corner. Open that record.

  2. Click on the "My Interactions" tab on the right side of the screen.

  3. At the top are "My Emails" that you have exchanged with or been included on with that contact/account. Click on each email to open them and view their full content. From there, if you'd like, you can also upload the email from My Interactions into KnowledgeNet as a post to share it with others in your organization. Click the "Load More" button at the bottom to see additional emails.

  4. Scroll down to see the second section, "People Connected to" that account or contact. The numbers to the right of the names indicate the number of times that account/contact has appeared in a unique email with anyone in your organization. The strongest connections appear first. To see a visual representation of the connections between account, contacts, and members of your organization, click the button "View Knowledge Map." Click the "Load More" button to see additional connections.

  5. At the bottom of "My Interactions," is a section that shows the "Files Exchanged" with that account/contact, organized by date with the most recent up top. Click on the file to choose whether to view it or, if it was an email attachment, view the original email. Click the "Load More" button at the bottom to see additional files.
