One of the benefits of having each member of an organization connect their email address to KnowledgeNet is the ability to surface the latest intelligence on all email, meeting, and post activity with accounts and contacts. This information is found in the "Relationship Intelligence" pane.

To view "Relationship Intelligence:"

  1. Start by finding your desired account/contact, either from your organization's Accounts or Contacts screens or by using the search bar in the upper right corner. Open that record.

  2. In the center of the screen you see a section called "Relationship Intelligence." Here are two examples showing accounts with varying levels of activity. Click the "See all activity" button to get additional details.

  3. Inside the Activities window, click on each button in turn to view emails, meetings, and mentions (instances where others in an organization have hash tagged that account/contact). The bodies of emails are hidden for privacy in this view.
