Installing the KnowledgeNet.ai Browser Extension (Chrome / MS Edge)

This extension cross-references domains with your internal relationship data to reveal useful relationships, history, and conversations.

When you use the KnowledgeNet.ai browser extension, you will be able to surface relevant contact information, common relationships, and previous conversations for any web page. For example, open the KnowledgeNet.ai extension:

  • On a LinkedIn page to surface a prospect’s email address.

  • Inside your customer support software to see a user’s company role and most recent email or meeting interaction.

  • On a company’s website to find out who in your network has a contact there or to take advantage of KnowledgeNet'ai's "Find Connections" button to find new people to talk to.

  1. Open a tab in the Chrome browser.

  2. You should see a window like the one below. Click the button “Add to Chrome."

    3. Confirm by clicking "Add extension."

    4. Open the KnowledgeNet.ai extension by clicking the puzzle piece icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You will see KnowledgeNet.ai Extension listed. Click the pushpin icon to pin the link to the extension to your toolbar.

  1. Open a tab in the Edge browser.

  2. Click "Allow extensions from other stores."

  3. Click the "Allow" button.

  4. Click the "Add extension" button.

  5. The KnowledgeNet.ai extension will now appear on your extension menu in the top right corner of the screen (the puzzle piece icon).

  6. To pin the extension to your toolbar, click the eye icon.

  7. Click the KnowledgeNet.ai extension to open the KnowledgeNet.ai pane on the right side of your screen. You will be asked to login to KnowledgeNet.ai to begin.
