Lists are an extremely useful way to easily and efficiently track the status of specific categories of accounts and contacts in KnowledgeNet.ai or your own tasks. It's very easy to create a custom list.

  1. Click the "List" item on the main navigation menu. Then click the blue "Create New List" button.

  2. Give your list a Name. Use the drop-down arrow to choose the Permission setting you would like. You can set you list to be Private (visible only to you and those to whom you give sharing permission) or Public (visible to everyone in your Knowledge Space, but not editable unless you give sharing permission).

  3. Use the drop-down arrow and choose your List Type. You can use your list for "Tracking people and companies" or for "Tracking anything else."

    1. Tracking people and companies. This list type is the super power of KnowledgeNet.ai. Use this list to track contacts and accounts and KnowledgeNet.ai will automatically show your organization's last interactions with each person/company. These lists are great to track the activity of new customers, top contacts and accounts, and sales pipelines. This type of list requires either an email address (for each person) or a website (for each company).

    2. Tracking anything else. This type of list is useful to track anything that cannot be traced back to a person (email address) or company (website address). A good example of this type is a personal or team task list.

  4. Finally, remember to click the blue "Save" button in the top right corner.

  5. Your new list is live and ready to be built out. Check out this article for more details on building a list in KnowledgeNet.ai.
