The more users you have sharing connections and communications inside of KnowledgeNet.ai, the more powerful your relationship intelligence will be.

You can have two types of users in your Knowledge Space:

  1. Team Users (also just called "Users"). Users have the privilege of seeing all the content in your Knowledge Space, including public lists and rooms. They are able to sync their email accounts and LinkedIn networks. Typical users are employees of an organization or members of a specific team.

  2. External Users. External users cannot see any content, public or private, in your Knowledge Space such as lists or rooms, unless they have been specifically added. They are able to sync their email accounts and LinkedIn networks. Typical external users work closely with an organization, but are not employees, such as contractors, consultants, legal and financial advisors, etc.

Only Administrators of an organization can add a new user, of any type, to the KnowledgeSpace™.

To invite a User to your Knowledge Space

  1. Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen and select the Administration settings.

  2. Click the Users tab, then click the blue button to "Invite User."

  3. Enter the user's email address, first and last name, and then click the down arrow to assign the appropriate role to that user.

  4. Select "Team User" or "External User."

  5. If you would like a Team User to have KnowledgeNet.ai Administrator privileges, turn on the toggle switch to "Show advanced role options."

  6. Drop down the menu and check the box next to "Administrator."

  7. Remember to click the blue "Save" button in the top right corner.

  8. The new person appears on your User list and is sent an email invitation to join your KnowledgeSpace™. Before users even create their own accounts, they can be made recipients of posts and added as members to private rooms. They will receive copies of post activity via email.
