Connecting an email address to KnowledgeNet.ai makes it possible to build KnowledgeMaps, access your previous interactions with an account or contact, have an organization-wide view of the most recent email, post, and meeting logged to that account or contact, and see your personal email content in search results without leaving KnowledgeNet.ai.
Note: At this time, KnowledgeNet.ai does not support Apple Mail, Yahoo, or legacy Hotmail addresses.
Connect Your Outlook Exchange Email Account to KnowledgeNet.ai
1. Open KnowledgeNet.ai on the web at https://app.knowledgenet.ai/. Sign in if asked.
2. Click on the User Profile link in the upper right-hand corner of your home screen.
3. Click the "Mail Setup" tab to open that view, then click the blue "Connect" button.
4. KnowledgeNet will autofill the email associated with your system account. You can erase it and enter another, if desired. When done, click "Sign In With Microsoft." You are able to connect multiple email addresses, one at a time, if you wish.
5. Log in with your credentials.
6. If KnowledgeNet.ai has started to sync your email, you will see this screen.
7. When successfully verified, you will return to your home screen. You can reopen your Mail Setup tab to see the syncing status of your email address. You may continue to connect additional email accounts as you desire.
Connect Your Gmail Email Account to KnowledgeNet.ai
1. Open KnowledgeNet.ai on the web at https://app.knowledgenet.ai/. Sign in if asked.
2. Click on the User Profile link in the upper right-hand corner of your home screen.
3. Click the "Mail Setup" tab to open that view, then click the blue "Connect" button.
4. KnowledgeNet will autofill the email associated with your system account. You can erase it and enter another if desired. When done, click "Sign in with Google." You are able to connect multiple email addresses, one at a time, if you wish.
5. Click "Sign in with Google" and enter your credentials.
6. Google will tell you what KnowledgeNet.ai already has access to and will show you what else requires your permission. It might look a little different for each person, for example:
7. Make sure that these three boxes are checked.
8. Then click the "Continue" button.
9. If KnowledgeNet.ai has started to sync your email, you will see this screen.
10. When successfully verified, you will return to your home screen. You can reopen your Mail Setup tab to see the syncing status of your email address. You may continue to connect additional email accounts as you desire.
