The KnowledgeNet.ai Outlook add-in gives you insights into interactions and connections with accounts and contacts, automatically creates new contact and account records based on sender's and recipients' email addresses, and offers an "easy button" for bringing emails into KnowledgeNet.ai to solicit internal feedback and preserve conversations.
This add-in requires you to be connected to a Microsoft Exchange email service. If you connect using Gmail, see instructions here. There is no add-in at this time for other non-Microsoft Exchange or Gmail based email services such as POP3 or IMAP.
Installing the KnowledgeNet.ai Outlook Add-In in the Outlook App (PC or Mac):
1. Open Outlook. In Outlook Windows, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon, or on Outlook Mac, click File > Manage Add-ins.
2. You should now see "Add-ins" for Outlook. Enter "KnowledgeNet.ai” in the search box in the upper right hand corner and hit Enter.
3. Find the KnowledgeNet.ai listing and click the blue "Add" button.
4. Feel free to review the license terms and privacy policy before clicking the blue "Continue" button.
5. The blue checkmark shows that the KnowledgeNet.ai add-in has been added to your tool box.
6. Click the "Get Started" link to see how you begin using the KnowledgeNet.ai Add-in in your inbox.
Installing the KnowledgeNet.ai Outlook Add-In in Outlook for the Web (i.e. in a browser such as Edge, Chrome, etc.):
Select an email, then click the three-dot "More Actions" menu on the right-hand side. Select Get Add-ins.
2. You should now see "Add-ins" for Outlook. Enter "KnowledgeNet.ai” in the search box in the upper right hand corner and hit Enter.
3. The remaining steps are the same as above.
Installing the KnowledgeNet.ai Outlook Add-In for AE Industrial Partners KnowledgeNet:
1. Open Outlook. In Outlook Windows, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon, or on Outlook Mac, click File > Manage Add-ins.
2. You should now see "Add-ins" for Outlook. Click where is says "My Add-ins."
3. Scroll down and find where it says "Custom Addins." Click the drop-down arrow to "Add a custom add-in."
4. Choose "Add from URL..."
5. Enter the following URL: https://go2s-knowledge-outlook.netlify.app/manifest.xml. Then click "OK."
6. Click "Install."
7. The blue checkmark shows that the KnowledgeNet.ai add-in has been added to your tool box of custom add-ins. Go ahead and close the add-in window.
