Troubleshooting the Outlook Add-in

This article summarizes the relevant configuration settings required to use the KnowledgeNet.ai Outlook Add-In for your organization.

Organization Level

  1. Log into Microsoft 365 Admin Center as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Settings->Integrated Apps.

  3. Application should appear in Integrated Apps list.

  4. Select 3 vertical dots -> Edit Users.

  5. Confirm user is in list of allowed users for application or Entire Organization is Selected.

    Computer Level - Outlook Web Client

    1. Log into Microsoft Outlook Web Client as the user.

    2. Confirm add-in is active when you select an email message.

    3. Confirm user can log into and see information in KnowledgeNet.ai.

    Computer Level - Outlook Desktop Client

    1. Confirm add-in is active when you select an email message.

    2. Confirm user can log into and see information in KnowledgeNet.ai.
