This article summarizes the relevant configuration settings required to use Microsoft SSO to access KnowledgeNet.ai in your organization.

  1. Log into Microsoft Azure Active Directory as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to “Enterprise Applications” in left navigation bar.

  3. Application should appear in Enterprise Applications list. Select “KnowledgeNet.ai” from the list.

  4. Navigate to “Users and groups” in left navigation bar.

  5. Confirm user is in list of allowed users and groups for application.

  6. Confirm user can log into and see information in KnowledgeNet.ai using “Sign in with Microsoft” option.
