When you add your mobile number to your user profile, this information is used strictly for texting log in verification codes for KnowledgeNet.ai. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the KnowledgeNet.ai screen and choose "User Profile."
Scroll to the bottom of the "My Profile" tab and click the button "Add new phone."
Enter the country code ("1" for the United States) followed by all ten digits of the mobile number WITHOUT DASHES OR SPACES.
Click the "Add" button.
A six-digit code will be texted to the phone. Enter it and click the "Validate" button.
The number should now appear under the heading "Phone (for SMS login).
