Connecting Outreach with KnowledgeNet.ai

All self-serve CRM integrations begin the same way:

  1. A KnowledgeNet.ai Administrator must click on this link to go to the Integrations tab in the Admin Settings: https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/integrations.

  2. Find your CRM and click the blue "Connect" button. REMEMBER: You must also have Administrator privileges in your CRM account to successfully connect.

3. Review the requested permissions and click the button to "Authorize."

4. Click "Configure" to control which KnowledgeNet.ai users are allowed to export to Outreach and which Outreach lists KnowledgeNet.ai users are allows to export to.

5. On the Configure Lists tab, use the drop-down arrow to change the default from "Allow KnowledgeNet user to export to ANY Outreach List" to "Allow KnowledgeNet.ai users to ONLY export to specified lists." Use the check boxes to select the desired lists

6. Remember to click "Save" when you are finished.

7. Click "Configure Users" to control which KnowledgeNet.ai users are allowed to export to Outreach. The default setting allows everyone to export. To impose limits, use the drop-down arrow and select "Specify which users can use this integration."

8. Use the "Add/Invite User button to choose which members of your organization can have export privileges. Remember to click "Save" when you are finished.โ€‹

9. To stop your integration, click the "Disconnect" button.
