A KnowledgeNet.ai Administrator must click on this link to go to the Integrations tab in the Admin Settings: https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/integrations.

Find the Prophet (now Avid) card and click the blue "Connect" button. REMEMBER: You must also have Administrator privileges in your CRM account to successfully connect.

An Integration window will open where you need to enter your API Username and API Password. This is simply the login email and password that you use to access your Prophet (now Avid) account.

Enter the API Username and API Password and click the "Save" button.

Click "Configure" to control which KnowledgeNet.ai users are allowed to export to Prophet (now Avid) and to specify which lead source tags to apply to KnowledgeNet.ai.

Under Configure Users, the default setting allows everyone to export.

To impose limits, use the drop-down arrow and select "Specify which users can use this integration.

Use the "Add/Invite User button to choose which members of your organization can have export privileges. Remember to click "Save" when you are finished.

Under Integration Settings, the default setting does not specify a tag.

To apply a universal tag, use the drop-down arrow and select an existing tag. Contact your Prophet (now Avid) administrator to create a new tag if you would like something customized for KnowledgeNet.ai leads. Remember to click "Save" when you are finished.

To stop your integration, click the "Disconnect" button.
