All self-serve CRM integrations begin the same way:
A KnowledgeNet.ai Administrator must click on this link to go to the Integrations tab in the Admin Settings: https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/integrations.
Find your CRM and click the blue "Connect" button. REMEMBER: You must also have Administrator privileges in your CRM account to successfully connect.
KnowledgeNet.ai will request an Apollo API Key.
Open Apollo and go to the "Settings" menu.
Click the link for "Integrations."
Scroll down and click the blue "Connect" button on the API card.
Click "API keys."
Click the button to "Create new key."
To create the new key, (1) name it, (2) switch on the toggle to "Set as master key," and (3) Click "Create API key."
Click the icon to copy the new key.
Return to KnowledgeNet.ai and (1) paste the copied key into the blank field and (2) click "Save."
Click "Configure" if you wish to control which KnowledgeNet.ai users are allowed to export to Outreach.
The default setting allows everyone to export. To impose limits, use the drop-down arrow and select "Specify which users can use this integration."
Use the "Add/Invite User button to choose which members of your organization can have export privileges. Remember to click "Save" when you are finished.
To stop your integration, click the "Disconnect" button.
