Adding LinkedIn contacts to your KnowledgeNet.ai brain allows your organization to leverage multiple professional networks to find warm pathways to an account or contact.
To sync your LinkedIn contacts with KnowledgeNet.ai, you must first install the KnowledgeNet.ai browser extension.
Click to open the KnowledgeNet.ai browser extension.
Click the blue button to "Start Sync."
KnowledgeNet.ai begins syncing. This may take some time, depending on your number of contacts.
NOTE: If you experience difficulties syncing your LinkedIn connections, please reach out to support@knowledgenet.ai.
It takes about one hour to sync per thousand connections, depending on internet connection speeds.
5. To check the results of your sync, open https://app.knowledgenet.ai/. You will see LinkedIn contacts in two places.
a. When your open "Lists" and click "My LinkedIn Connections."
b. When you use the KnowledgeNet.ai widget to view Connection Paths to a contact or account.
