All self-serve CRM integrations begin the same way:

A KnowledgeNet.ai Administrator must click on this link to go to the Integrations tab in the Admin Settings: <a href="https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/integrations" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.knowledgenet.ai/app/admin/integrations</a>.

Find your CRM and click the blue "Connect" button. <b>REMEMBER: You must also have Administrator privileges in your CRM account to successfully connect.</b>
